Congrats on your research! Very well documented! I have a question regarding your article. Could you specify what did you mean by the necessity of active involvement of contracting authorities in the smart city projects in your proposed hybrid agile approach? Thank you!

Thank you for your interest! Active involvement of public authorities means involvement but within the limits of law since we have described the public procurement process which is very well legislated
