On behalf of committee of the 16th Economic International Conference „New Challenges and Opportunities for the Economy 4.0”, that will be held at Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, May 7 - 8, 2020. Currently, the entire world is struggling against the virulent pandemic COVID-19. Conference members take the utmost care of our valuable authors as well as us. Multiple precaution measures have been taken by us in order to prevent spreading the virus among the public. So we have the plan that the presentation method from oral presentation to remote presentation through Video Meeting. We propose two presentation methods for your research: Method 1: Presentation through the Conference website (posting a PPT) Method 2: Presentation through Google Meet
Important deadlines for The 16th Economic International Conference: 1. Full paper submission – April 22 th - The papers will be uploaded on the Conference Website http://conferinta.seap.usv.ro Requirements for paper preparation English language, max. 8 pages, A4 size, Word (2007, 2013, 2016), Times New Roman, 12 pt font, single spacing, margins: top-bottom: 2.5 cm, left-right: 3 cm, alignment: justified. Equations must be written with the equation editor. Scanned figures and graphs are not accepted. 2. Confirmation of Papers acceptance and observations – April 27 th 3. The payment of registration fee – from April 27 th to April 30 th. 4. Availability of conference final program – May 6 th DOWNLOAD Call for papers in PDF format. The best papers will be published in ISI Proceedings Conference Volume, edited by Lumen Publishing House. Selected papers will be published in the following journals, all of them being indexed in international data bases:

Authors who have their papers accepted may start preparing for the online conference. Here is a simple checklist and guideline for reference: Send your paper for publication - Submit the full final paper by April 22 th, 2020 (Applies for papers to be published in the Romanian Journals) - The papers will be submitted in English (including the title, abstract, key words and bibliography must be in English). Review your paper if necessary - Take into account the suggestions and corrections highlighted by the reviewers. - The length of the final paper should not exceed 8 pages in A4 size, including tables, graphs, bibliography and references. - Register as participant and pay the conference fee by April 30th 2020. Update the information about the author who is going to present the paper - When submitting the final paper, please state which authors will be presenting your paper for Online Conference. Each paper must be presented by at least one author at the conference sessions. We will sent you the link for the online meeting after the acceptance paper. - Make sure the presenter’s name is correct as it will be used in the certificate of attendance. Prepare your presentation slides - Every presenter will be given 12 minutes for presentation plus 3 minutes for questions and answers. Please prepare your slides to fit into that duration. - An effective online presentation should be structured accordingly: introduction, outline of main points, detail of main points, conclusion.
